Hitachi CV-790 Vacuum Cleaner

Hitachi CV-790 from 1998. Very popular design that ran from 1991 until the early 2000's. It literally comes in 2 pieces to empty and is bagless (far from cyclonic, though). A very funky little vacuum. It has a powerful 1300w motor that generates some pretty strong suction. Like my other Hitachi, it has a crappy hose and crappy extension tubes, but the floorhead is very good and does pick up surface litter, including pet hair, very well. Sorry about the crappy quality. My camera makes everything sound 5x louder than it actually is

Review of my Parents Sanitaire Commercial Vacuum Model SC887

This is a review of my parents vacuum cleaner. This is not my vacuum cleaner. This is the one my parents and the maid always use. This is a Sanitaire Commercial Vacuum cleaner, model SC887. I remember in 2002 when my parents got this at a carpet store for about 300-350 dollars. I forgot how much it was. They got this when I was in 3rd grade. We had to replace the cord because one of the wires tore on the original cord. We did not want to get a new vacuum because of how expensive this one was. Anyways, this is a very good vacuum cleaner. U find these in stores, hotels, schools, office buildings, and other commercial places. This is the dust cup vacuum. They say this one is bagless but in my opinion, it is half bagless and half bagged. If the cup gets full the new dirt will go in the bag. This was made in 2000. It is 11 years old. Still, it runs very well. It has middle suction, like the old ones with the bags. The newer vacuums have side suction. My dirt devil has side suction. The ones with middle suction are now mostly made for commercial vacuums. They used to make the old ones with middle suction, which were so much better than the new ones. This thing can suck up anything. The new middle suction vacuums are made old style and now used for commercial use. If u are looking for a commercial vacuum, I would highly recommend this. Vacuum finding has been slow for me this year, and so has the production of videos aparently. Nevertheless, a turnaround has come, and I have aquired myself these 2 vacs. The Dirt Devil I expected to have a burnt motor being in such nice condition. I don't know what to do with the shop vac because I'm in excess of them too. In fact, the shop vac I use the most isn't even mine! But this shop vac is a very cool adition to the collection.(still need to get the Eureka and Dirt Devil shop vacs)I also found out a day after doing this video that the reason they threw the shop vac out was because it was most likely ran without any filter for wet and dry pickup. The fan vents were clogged and it was very rusty. So I took a wire brush to it and cleaned out the vents and it's quieter and works like it should.

Trash Picked Dirt Devil Vibe Bagless Vacuum Cleaner

Just picked this up the other day from my neighbors trash. Ran, but had no suction. I removed the hose assembly first. Assembly was clogged, but that was not the problem. The HEPA filter which is in the dirt cup was damp, and smelled laundry like. Somebody probably vacuumed up laundry water. I ran the vacuum without the HEPA, and the suction returned. If i sound kinda drowsy i have been recovering from a cold lately.
