Review of my Parents Sanitaire Commercial Vacuum Model SC887

This is a review of my parents vacuum cleaner. This is not my vacuum cleaner. This is the one my parents and the maid always use. This is a Sanitaire Commercial Vacuum cleaner, model SC887. I remember in 2002 when my parents got this at a carpet store for about 300-350 dollars. I forgot how much it was. They got this when I was in 3rd grade. We had to replace the cord because one of the wires tore on the original cord. We did not want to get a new vacuum because of how expensive this one was. Anyways, this is a very good vacuum cleaner. U find these in stores, hotels, schools, office buildings, and other commercial places. This is the dust cup vacuum. They say this one is bagless but in my opinion, it is half bagless and half bagged. If the cup gets full the new dirt will go in the bag. This was made in 2000. It is 11 years old. Still, it runs very well. It has middle suction, like the old ones with the bags. The newer vacuums have side suction. My dirt devil has side suction. The ones with middle suction are now mostly made for commercial vacuums. They used to make the old ones with middle suction, which were so much better than the new ones. This thing can suck up anything. The new middle suction vacuums are made old style and now used for commercial use. If u are looking for a commercial vacuum, I would highly recommend this.
